HOW TO REGISTER – 2025/2026 SEASON

Online registrations for the 2025/26 season are open.
Follow the steps below to join or renew your membership in the Swim Central system.

New Members

Visit: How To Register With Swim Central – Swimming Australia Online Support Portal

1. Go to the Swim Central website.

2. Click Register > Enter your email address and password > Click Register.

3. Verify your email using the link sent to your inbox.

4. Log in and complete the Get Started with Swim Central Checklist.

5. Fill out your profile and emergency contact details.

6. Create profiles for your children or dependents (who wish to swim for Dayboro Dolphins).

7. Buy a membership for Dayboro Dolphins for each swimmer:

   • Click on Store (left-hand menu)

   • Select Memberships

   • Search Dayboro & Districts ASC Inc in the search bar

   • Choose Dayboro & Districts ASC Inc

   • Available membership types will appear based on age (as of 1 June 2025). Select the appropriate one for each swimmer.

   • Click Add to Cart for each person and scroll across if needed.

8. Finalise the payment process.

9. Email a copy of your child’s birth certificate to: dayborodolphins@gmail.com or bring it along to your first club night.

10. Each week, submit race nominations via racesecretarydayborodolphins@gmail.com

Existing Members

1. Check your inbox for the "Welcome to Swim Central" email from Swimming Queensland.

2. If you can’t find it, go to Swim Central login and use the Forgot Password option if needed.

3. If you're still stuck, contact Swimming Queensland, or email our team at dayborodolphins@gmail.com
   (Please note: Dayboro Dolphins cannot reset passwords or add members for you, but we’re happy to help you navigate the system.)

Once logged in:

4. Click Store on the left-hand menu

5. Select Memberships

6. Search for Dayboro & Districts ASC Inc

7. Select Dayboro & Districts ASC Inc

8. Choose the appropriate membership type for each family member. (Age as of 1 June 2025)

9. Click Add to Cart for each person

10. Click Shopping Cart (top of screen) or Checkout

11. Review everything carefully — don’t forget to add yourself as a free parent/spectator member!

12. Complete the payment and agree to terms

13. Submit nominations weekly via racesecretarydayborodolphins@gmail.com 

Transferring Members

If you're transferring from another swim club to Dayboro Dolphins, please contact us at dayborodolphins@gmail.com to coordinate your transfer.

A transfer fee may apply if the swimmer is transferring mid-season.

New swimmers are welcome to join at any time throughout the season!
